Averie R. Woods was born April 30, 1999, in Reidsville, North Carolina, where she grew up and continues to live. Averie joined the firm in May 2022. Averie operates the front desk and reception area for the firm. Amongst other things, Averie assists our firm by managing the calendars for our attorneys, answering phone calls and inquiries, scheduling client appointments, assisting attorneys with gathering necessary information and documents from clients, and processing payments. Averie is also a Notary Public. 

Averie is an invaluable member of the team at Farver, Skidmore & Hux, LLP, and is usually the first point of contact when you come into our office. 

Averie graduated from Rockingham County High School in 2017. Averie will graduate from Rockingham Community College in the Fall of 2024 with an Associate of Arts. 

In her free time, Averie loves being with her family and friends. She loves being at the beach of the mountains. She also loves lounging with her two fur babies, Kloe (a golden doodle) and Summer (an English Bulldog)—who you may have the opportunity to meet on some Fridays at our office! Summer will be the one under the desk adorably snoring.
